PrpWin Terms and Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and PrpWin ("PrpWin", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the PrpWin website, platform, games, betting services and all related features available at prpwin.win.

By completing the registration process, accessing the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of PrpWin, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how you access it — whether via a desktop browser, mobile browser or any other means.

PrpWin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use PrpWin, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must not be subject to any legal prohibition that would prevent you from using an online gaming or betting platform.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed PrpWin account.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, PrpWin reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets placed and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

PrpWin reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address or documentation supporting the source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. PrpWin will never ask for your password by email, phone or any other channel. Do not share your login details with any other person.

Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact PrpWin support immediately through your account dashboard. PrpWin cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

You must notify PrpWin promptly if any of your registered account details change — including your mobile number (relevant for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals), email address or bank account details. Maintaining current details is essential for timely and accurate processing of your withdrawals.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

All transactions on PrpWin are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and PrpWin reserves the right to add, modify or remove payment options.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. PrpWin does not charge fees on deposits processed through the platform, though your payment provider may apply their own standard charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible, subject to technical and operational constraints. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast) and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers. PrpWin charges no platform-side fees on withdrawals. Your payment provider's own charges may apply on the receiving end and are outside PrpWin's control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed the identity verification process. PrpW in reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending verification checks. Standard withdrawal processing times are 1–3 business days for bank transfers and same-day or next-day for mobile wallet methods, subject to volumes and verification status.

Funds deposited into your PrpWin account must be used for gaming activity. If a deposit is made and a withdrawal is requested before any wagering activity has taken place, PrpWin reserves the right to review the account and apply an administration charge to cover payment processing costs.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

PrpWin offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and ongoing promotional offers. Each bonus is governed by its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering multipliers and expiry periods — which are displayed at the time the offer is presented to you.

General bonus terms that apply across all PrpWin promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must be wagered the required number of times before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Where both a real-money balance and a bonus balance are held, real-money funds are typically wagered first unless specified otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. PrpWin reserves the right to withhold or withdraw bonus offers from accounts that display patterns consistent with bonus abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements.
• PrpWin reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, device or payment method.

If there is any ambiguity regarding bonus eligibility or terms, PrpWin's decision is final. Players are encouraged to review bonus terms in full before claiming any offer and to contact support if anything is unclear before depositing.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on PrpWin — whether on sports markets, live casino tables or slot games — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. These rules are available within each game or betting section and form part of these Terms by reference.

For sports betting, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and other available markets:

• Bets are accepted subject to the stated odds at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Bets that are placed and confirmed are binding. PrpWin does not accept requests to cancel a confirmed bet except in cases where the bet was accepted due to a manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to odds that are clearly and materially incorrect due to a technical fault — PrpWin reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Players will be refunded the stake in such cases.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event and are displayed within the betting interface.
• PrpWin reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.

For live casino games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack and game shows, the rules of each game are displayed within the game interface and enforced by the live dealer and the platform system. Decisions made by the live dealer in accordance with the stated game rules are final.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PrpWin and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players on live casino games or poker-style games.
• Using automated software, bots or any third-party tool to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any activity that PrpWin reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a systematic or coordinated manner.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person using their funds without their knowledge or against their interests.

PrpWin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that it reasonably believes has engaged in prohibited activity, without prior notice. Any withdrawal requests from suspended accounts will be held pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

PrpWin is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. We provide the following tools within your account settings to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been active for a set period.
• Spending Caps: Limit the total amount wagered within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account if you feel you need a break from gaming.

Gaming should always be treated as entertainment and conducted within a budget you have consciously decided upon. It should never be used as a method to recover financial losses or debts. 9. Privacy, Data and Communications

PrpWin collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at prpwin.win/privacy-policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you agree to receive transactional communications from PrpWin — including deposit confirmations, withdrawal updates and important account notices — via email and SMS to the contact details you provided. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via your account settings, but transactional messages are required for account operation and cannot be disabled.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the PrpWin platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software and underlying code — is the intellectual property of PrpWin or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any part of the PrpWin platform without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of PrpWin's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

PrpWin's platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is accessible, accurate and reliable at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrpWin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or profits arising from technical faults, connectivity issues or platform downtime.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank.

Nothing in these Terms limits PrpWin's liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and PrpWin regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings or agreements. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the more specific terms will apply.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a bet outcome or a payment, please contact PrpWin support through the platform in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. PrpWin's decision in respect of disputed matters, where made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, shall be final.

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a complaint, you may escalate by contacting PrpWin at the support email address displayed in the platform. PrpWin will make every reasonable effort to reach a fair resolution.

13. Amendments to These Terms

PrpWin may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, PrpWin may notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Continued use of the platform after revised Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
